Kurani Interactive was founded in 2000 and over the following 9 years earned a reputation for delivering award-winning projects for companies that included Nike, Universal, and Aramark. In that time, Kurani managed multi-million dollar marketing budgets, cut acquisition costs in half, and built digital products that have organically stimulated over 1 billion interactions.

In 2010, Kurani announced the launch of Opinionaided, a consumer utility and market research tool that was in development for over 2 years. With this launch, Kurani Interactive marked a new path and philosophy.
